Dion backs Dallaire on Khadr case

TORONTO, ONTARIO – Canada’s parliamentarians say the country’s international reputation is taking a beating over the case of Guantanamo detainee Omar Khadr.
They just don’t agree on the cause.
Conservative MP Jason Kenney continued to lash out at Liberal Senator Roméo Dallaire yesterday, demanding an apology for his statement that likened the handling of the Khadr case by the U.S. and Canada to the actions of terrorists.
