Eminent Jurists Panel releases Human Rights, Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism 213 page Report: Assessing Damage, Urging Action
The 213-page report, Assessing Damage, Urging Action, has been three years in the making. You may recall that the Nathanson Centre hosted a full day (April 2007) of consultations/presentations at the Professional Development Centre before jurists Arthur Chaskolson and Robert Goldman, and York graduate students minuted and transcribed the day’s proceedings; the day was organized by Professor Craig Forcese of the University of Ottawa on behalf of the Canadian section of the ICJ.
At the bottom of the page at the URL, you will find PDFs that you can download of the full report and of its executive summary.
Best,
Craig Scott, Director,
Nathanson Centre on Transnational Human Rights, Crime and Security
