Strategies and Tactics for Addressing Anti-Muslim Bias in the CourtroomThese two articles are presented together and represent a response to a reader request for ideas on combatting anti-Muslim bias.

Two members of the American Society of Trial Consultants: Dennis Elias (trained as a psychologist) and Naveen Khan (trained in social sciences and the law) offer their thoughts on how to best combat anti-Muslim bias based on their individual experiences in litigation involving Muslim or Middle-Eastern parties.

Although the articles are presented together, they were written indivually and reflect strategies prepared by each consultant based on his or her experiences.
