The Muslim Association of Canada (MAC) would like to invite you and your family to our Annual Eid Festival.  This year we anticipate over 15,000 attendees coming together to celebrate this wonderful holiday.
Inshallah, the Eid Festival will be a spectacular celebration offering a carnival of with many fun-filled rides, shows, sport tournaments and a variety of international cuisines.

Eid Festival is home to the most exhilarating collection of rides and inflatables!
If rides aren’t your game, come and enjoy the best acts and shows in town.  The Carnival includes a great Toddler Zone – where else can toddlers play in a safe and stimulating environment with their parents and friends.

Enjoy a full toddler zone, shows, movies, face painting, kids corner activities, and many activities to keep your young children busy all day long.

This year we have a full 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament.  Sign up your team or just yourself online !!

As admission to the event is free, most of us won’t think twice about the costs associated with attending this celebration – the money we will bring to pay for parking, the delicious food and passes for our children to enjoy the fun-filled carnival. The unfortunate reality is that many families in the GTA cannot afford these costs. It is too difficult to let one’s child watch all the fun and not be able to participate and therefore many families do not attend the event. We don’t want this to be a reason for families to stay home. Therefore, in partnership with Social Support Organizations, MAC is dedicated to inviting these families free of cost, making the event accessible to all.

MAC believes as part of the spirit of Eid, the Muslim community should give back to the less fortunate as we come together and unite. With over 10,000 attendees the Festival aims to raise a signficiant quantity of food.

We encourage all families to bring a bag of non-perishable food and drop it off at the food drive boxes as you enter the hall.

Come out and enjoy the Eid Festival Bazaar.  You will find a wide variety of products to buy as Eid gifts for your family and friends.

Unique compared to other events, this whole-day event allows for businesses to access thousands of people from different cultural background, social and economic spheres. With more than ten thousand community members attending, it is the perfect marketing opportunity for companies to advertise their products and services.

The Eid Festival gathers a diverse attendance that directly reflects the cultural mosaic of Ontario. They provide Muslims an opportunity to feel a sense of identity; most importantly for thousands of children to experience the enjoyment of these celebrations as part of their Canadian identity.

The Eid Festivals are completely organized, executed, and sustained by the efforts of volunteers.

Eid volunteers are special from those who participate in other community events. It is a large sacrifice to dedicate time on a special celebration to make it a day of joy for so many Muslim families and children.
Our volunteers come back year after year. This effort, dedication, and sacrifice result in the success of the Eid Festivals every years.

Historically over the last 23 years the event has maintained a commitment to provide free admission to encourage everyone to attend; a commitment our community has always valued. In addition MAC strives to provide an event that is affordable for low income families and new immigrants within Toronto. The event has always provided free entrance and subsidized carnival passes.
