1) The name of the organization(s) and whether for profit or non-profit;

2) The topic or theme of the event;

3) The other speakers, if any;

4) The subject you would like addressed and the time limits;

5) Previous speakers whom you have hosted;

6) The location;

7) The Tentative Date; and

8)  The expected turnout and composition of the audience.
