Continuing our series of five-minute podcasts on oral argument days, we have two new podcasts below with the counsel from both sides of today’s first case, Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project (08-1498; 09-89).  At issue in the case is whether a federal statute prohibiting the knowing provision of “any service, training, [or] expert advice or assistance” to a designated foreign terrorist organization is unconstitutionally vague.
